5. Duration

6. Reservation and payment condition

For stays longer than 6 nights, the settlement of the balance is done on the day of arrival.

8. Cancellation or modification by the client

The cancellation or modification conditions are indicated in the sales conditions attached to each tariff, if applicable.

Non cancellable offers: The customer can not claim any refund.

Cancellations:In case of cancellation, a percentage of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the guest card as follows
Cancellation: 30 to 21 days before arrival: 40%, 20 to 8 days before arrival: 60%, 7 to 3 days before arrival: 75%, 2 days before arrival: 100%.

In case of interruption of the stay, the entire agreed price will be cashed.

In case of no show (reservation not canceled - customer not present), the customer can not claim any refund.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the guest must vacate the room by 11.00 am on the day of the end of the reservation. Otherwise, he will be charged an additional night.

9. Liability

If all the best efforts are made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts reproduced to illustrate the destination presented give as accurate an overview as possible of the services offered, variations may occur, in particular because of the change of furniture or renovations. possible.The customer can not claim any claim for this reason, since these variations do not relate to the essential characteristics of the service.

10. Claims

11. Prices

Prices shown are per room for the number of person (s) and date (s) selected. The prices are displayed in amount inclusive of VAT, in euros, and are valid for the duration indicated on the site. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice depending on market conditions and requirements. Unless otherwise stated, additional services are not included in the price.

The tourist tax, collected by the municipality is fixed by the latter and is payable directly to the seller on the spot, except in the case where this amount can be included in the selling price.

The prices take account of the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change of the rate applicable to the VAT will be automatically passed on the indicated prices.

12. Respect for privacy

The information requested from the customer is required to process the order and will be communicated to all stakeholders and partners. In the absence of information, the seller will not be able to register a reservation.

15. Completeness

These general conditions of sale express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No general or specific conditions communicated by the customer will be able to be integrated in these general conditions.
